Really? Another blog? I guess, yes. First, it was [Beginning] Forwood, then it was [Bringing up] Forwood, but I've never found a graceful way to combine all my interests in an honest, authentic way. I felt like I had to have a photography blog for this, a personal blog for that...and then, I felt like blogs tended to be "showy" and "knowy" and, now, so "sponsory" and boring. But here I am, starting another and I'm conflicted with no way out. There are things I want to explore and things I haven't figured out that I feel might be solved quicker with some verbal (errrr, written) processing. And since a lot of my processing involves photographs, why not include it on my website, right?
Why am I justifying this? This is what I want to do and we'll see where it goes. I'm interested in and will probably write some about the arts and beyonce ;), the Church and America, photography in an image saturated world, children and how scary raising them can be, and my new love, houses and design.
